Welcome to my experimental website! My Part 2 studies in architecture at Central Saint Martins, Spatial Practices were significantly impacted by the Covid 19 pandemic. As students our projects were completely disrupted and many of us decided to explore the digital realm as a means of communicating our proposals.

A personal ambition of mine was to push the concept of knowledge sharing and collaboration by creating a WordPress website to open the conversation around community-led design and self-build. I was pleasantly surprised after completing my studies by the efforts of two other individuals both interested in my research who were conducting a similar line of enquiry. Not only did my research enable their own journeys but created a link between the two and the other actors from my project’s narrative.

This page shows an animated line drawing from my part 2 project. I am continuing to dabble with web development and the possibilities of interactive web design to engage visitors with the content and hopefully create a starting point for further conversations and collaborative knowledge share. It is still early days, and the plans is to tighten up what is currently here without using a CMS. For now, the content with remain experimental with some bits from past projects until I get my teeth into a meaningful project that I can invest my energy.
